This is looking downtown to Jasper. Pretty quiet mid week and this time of year.
On Day 2 we took a drive to Athabasca Falls.
The colors of the water were beautiful.
The pictures hardly do it justice.
Then we came back in town for an afternoon at the Spa.
These pictures were after a swim in a mineral pool, soak in the hot tub, a hot stone massage and pedicures, oh yes and a Mimosa drink.
Then we took a drive up to Patricia Lake and Pyramid Lake.
It's kind of hard to see but there were all beached boats along the shore. They rent them out during the warmer season.
I love birch trees. I think it's the bark!

Super relaxed at the end of Day 2.
