September highlights

 Enjoying some quality time with the three little ones throughout the day.

 Isaac and I got to go on a bus ride to Lethbridge for Sam's field trip. Isaac's first bus ride.

 Ladybugs and wasps every where lately.

 Sam's field trip to learn about Fall and animals and leaves and what happens this season.

 Sam has a really nice class with lots of boys in it.

 Isaac was a bit of a distraction but I kept him entertained with the playground, sunglasses and taking pictures.

Here he is all tuckered out.

 Step right up for your once in a lifetime ice cream truck experience. $4 per small soft ice cream cone. Yikes. We had to do it just once especially because Nana and Papa were here.

 Fence painting is what I've been busy with the last two weeks but it's done now.

 Andrew wanted to help. I have no idea why Ken stripped him down to his undies...

 There has been a few intense basketball games going on lately.

 These pics are for my buddy Jody who wanted me to capture some "unique" moments. New Sunday duds weren't that exciting to the boys Sunday morning.

 Luke was the only one happy about them. Don't you love how he rolled up his pants?

 My new kitchen valance I made with the help of Denise.

 We also added a topper to the dark blinds to brighten things up. While I was at it I decided to spray paint my magnetic board green. It was black and my home letters white which was also black. Simple and cheap. I like it. Now to make a table cloth.

I also chalk painted my breadbox and spray painted my container for spoons etc.

Lots of things going on around here to keep us busy. 

4 outta 5 in school. Can you believe it?

 Luke started kindergarten Tuesday and Thursdays full days.

 Isaac started preschool Tuesday and Thursday mornings for his speech.

So Miss Emma and me will be a solo team on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. That will be strange.

Luke was so excited to finally use his umbrella that he got in June. Today it finally rained for a very short period. Doesn't rain much in these parts.

Applesauce at the Farm one last time!

 We ventured out to Grandma and Grandpa's one last time to pick apples for applesauce.

 Ken's parents have bought a beautiful new home in town and have moved in now. We are looking forward to the new memories that we will make with them in town but will not forget all the great memories we have made on the farm over the years.

 Auntie Den, the boys and I picked the tree pretty clean and then set up in Grandma's kitchen for some teamwork in processing the apples.

From Cottage at the sea to a Cabin in the Mountains!

Wanna do some quadding?

or fishing?

or build a fort?

or do some mechanical repairs?

or have a little party in the fort?

or do some cuddling?

or some swimming in the ice cold creek?

or some hanging out with Gramdma and Grandpa?

Then the place to be is the cabin and what  a fun time we had as usual.Had a quick little holiday away to teh cabin. Too short though!
