Before: This is the day we first saw the house and made an offer. June 21.
Walk through day: July 15. Full of weeds and a dead lawn. Yikes.
This is the house now, minus weeds, minus a few trees, and minus a few dead shrubs. Plus a green lawn, fresh bark mulch, plus new perennials, plus a fire pit, plus a sandbox. We've been busy outside and in.
This is the backyard when we first looked at the place. Not very big.
My Dad cut down a tree and cleared the woods behind the fence and it really opened things up. Ken and Dad built the sand box and Ken did the whole fire pit and area by himself. So proud of him.
